Murder accused Adler Phillip has found himself in hot water with the law once again.
Phillip, who was on bail, is now on remand at the state prison for breach of two protection orders against him.
The court was told that the accused assaulted and threatened his wife by spitting in her face.
He is also quoted as having told her “my love of my life you think you letting me go prison again, a shoot-out will have to happen before I go back to prison, we going down together.”
His wife appeared before the magistrate indicating that she had nothing to say on the matter, after her husband had indicated to Magistrate Candia George that she told him she wanted the matter dropped.
Attorney at law Kondwani Williams described the case as an issue of the heart and contended that it was unnecessarily sparked.
However he conceded that his client might have overreacted.
Attorney Williams requested that his client be granted bail, and suggested that other conditions can be employed to allow him to go back to his home.
However Police inspector Claude Weekes objected to bail for Phillip on the grounds that he was already on bail for a capital offence, and for an offence of a similar nature.
He also indicated that the threats have been persistently made in the presence of police officers.
Magistrate George denied bail and suggested to Phillip’s attorney that crimes of passion are usually the most violent.
She explained that the incident was very recent and emotions might still be running high, so she would give Phillip some time to calm down.

After you the wife cried and said you want to work on your relationship with your husband and runnig to the jail the same night of the incident and after 5 in the morning to see him , only to be told you could not see him you stay and cry your eyes out ” oh you want your husband and you wnt things to work ” they asking you what you have to say you staying silent? wicked people. But on another note he committed a murder crime he was suppose to be remanded

These young men need to be rehabilitated and also to keep busy. Satan finds some mischief for idle hands to do. They need to change their lives around and to live fruitful lives but they cannot do it alone. They need help and government/ social services help to achieve this. Most of all they need to turn to God, submit to Him and worship Him.

Sometimes innocent people can be gets accused of crimes, but my dear, do you think that a crimminal will take pictures of himsellf committing a crime and give the evidence to the police. The baddest man will never give evidence to the police, that is why they always use the words (ALLEGED) or (ACCUSED) before what ever the person is accused of. Or maybe you expect him to carry a sign on his truck say’ I KILLED or ROBBED’ such and such a person. That is why there is a court, and everyone has a lawyer representing them, to make sure that their side is heard. Mothers do suffer when their children do not live up to their expectations and also when they are not law-abiding. Tell her to keep the faith, trust and hope in God and never give up. God hears her prayers. One day she will reap the benefit of her prayers. God may turn him around. It may take long but it could happen with fervent prayers of perseverance.

He was granted bail with certain conditions, he violated those, therefore the police inspector was correct in suggesting denial of bail,I cited with the magistrate, no bail, he had a chanch and he blew it,keep him in stock-farm and feed him breadfruit, and ba-law only.
