The thief knew she was not home. He could have been watching her without her knowing it. Or he probably knew she would be out. If he did, he probably had the gull to greet her and when she left he broke and entered her house.
Try not to leave much cash at home. Thieves feel that people keep a lot of cash at home. They also have an idea where it could be hidden. If only she had a “hidden camera” (there are small ones) she would be able to see culprit.
Thief you have extremely hurt and deprived a neighbor of her property. You have greatly offended God. You have heaped some hot burning coals on your head. One day you will pay for your evil actions You won’t get away from it.
God has your number. He saw you. He knows where you live and all what you do. Repent! Ask God forgiveness. Make penance and sacrifice as a means of restitution if you ever expect God to forgive you. And sin no more!. This is the condition for being forgiven.

    • Facts, every day you wake, you are one day older, but not wiser? Do people breaking into peoples house to steal when the home owners are home?

When that happens it is called a home invasion, in which the thieves sometimes kills the occupants, and escape with what the wanted. Breaking into peoples house is not knew to Wesley, when I was a young boy, I saw two older boys broke into the late Charles (Charlie) Samuel house, and ransack it and stole more than three hundred dollars.

In 1960 three hundred dollars was a small fortune to many Dominicans, so this breaking is just a continuation, somewhere in the 1970’s someone broke into my late father’s house and stole his money, the same person did the same to a woman named Ali, the event caused here a heart attack to which she succumb when she discovered her life saving was stolen.

When people refuse to use the banking system, and save money in their home; this will continue to happen.

No Money, seems no information. we know some of the spoils of crimes, some ofit should e set aside, and in certain instances, offer a Reward, for information leading to the sucessful arrest and conviction of those sick# B###### t. This is 2016, lets fall in line, this epidemic must be arrested.

    Replying to Grace.
Your one sentence paragraph says a lot about you. You need to be much more balanced than that. You know for sure that many Dominicans work very hard to earn a living and many more decide to live a life of ease. Those that do not like to work blame everyone else for their failures. So too Im not saying that every Chinese is perfect but, we know that many or most of these people are more willing to work and work better than some of our own. And don’t blame the government if the people who are being paid to do their work do not do it. Put the blame squarely where it belongs. And Prime Minister Skerrit is no body’s master. Anyone who thinks that he is needs to liberate his mind,

but they didn’t appeal for assistance in the ipads disappearance? it is all because they know where they went… more questions than answers…

We don’t expect the police to be every where, at the the same time, you must admit there performance left some thing to be desire, there so many houses being broken into every where in Dominica it has become an epidemic yet the people in Government fail to address the issue until there houses get broken into, the Judges are very lenient when the criminals get to court , so what message are the courts sending to the criminals?

Something has to be done about the thieves in Dominica especialy at wesley breaking into people’s houses , stealing farmers produce to buy drugs . the police should do their job they might need help from the public to solve the burglary but the cause is in plain sight

whats your point? sounds like you on drugs yourself. Do you want the police to sit in your garden waiting for thieves or sit in your bedrooms waiting for thieves? most people have information of such criminals and say nothing until it hits home then have so much to say about those type of activities and blame the police. The public is to be blamed to a large extent because they fail to report the criminals. when you don’t say anything about it you condone it or facilitate the criminal until it happens to you. you need to call crime stoppers before it has to happen to you!

The one man government is to be blamed for neglecting the communities in Dominica where they c did not win the election, also for not do anything to provide jobs for the youths and dominicans on a whole, instead of importing Chinese who are kmown for doing inferior work, even doing what they want when constructing in dominica, be it houses, apartments, roads etc, also the police force in dominica is not working to serve and protect the people they are being paid to protect, instead some of them are out there on radio calling threatening people who do not support their master skerrit instead of doing the work that thry are being paid to do, serve and protect all citizens, some of us do not like to hear the word only in dominica, but only in Dominica a police office can do what the Mills is doing calling radio station each and everyday saying all sorts of things and his superior that is the police chief is doing nothing about it, whereas others cannot call to voice their opinions

      • Why would ask what’s the persons point?

Obviously, the cause of all the thievery, the murder and everything bad in the country is in your face, the problem is that people like you are unable to recognize the cause, because you are contented to live on the once every five years the fist full of peanut change you get from Skerrit, along with a promise!

When you should be demanding industries, to create jobs, demand an International Airport to create better access by air into the country, in order to boost the tourist industry, with the hope that some hotel chain operator will invest in high class Hotel that visitors would be interested in.

You support Skerrit with his pile of feces: You should be looking for economic benefits through a job! The lack of employment in the country is the cause of more than ninety percent of the crimes committed in the country.
