Police have charged three Dominicans and one Colombian in connection with a major drug bust which took place off the coast of Dominica.
The police say 70 kilograms of cocaine were seized in the bust.
Charged with importation of cocaine, possession of cocaine and possession with the intent to supply cocaine are Johnny Joseph of Lagoon Portsmouth, Kelvin Collins Paul of Glanvillia, Benedict Augustine of Vieille Case and Camilo Adrien Pinzon Gomez of Colombia.
They are expected to appear in court on Thursday.
The illegal substance was seized by the Coast Guard on December 10, 2012.
