Skeletal remains suspected to be human were discovered at Newfoundland an area close to Rosalie, prompting police to investigate.

According to reports from police PRO, Acting Inspector Pellam Jno Baptiste, the remains were discovered about 2:00 pm on Monday, 11, April 2016 by a resident of the area.

He said the discovery was reported to La Plaine police station.

“A nylon rope was met secured to a mango tree directly above the skeletal remains,” Jno Baptiste stated.

He said the identification card of a French citizen was also found at the scene.

“The scene was processed by the Crime Scenes Unit of the Criminal Investigations Department,” he noted.

Jno Baptiste indicated that the skeletal remains were removed and secured for investigations.

A coroner’s inquest will be convened in the matter.

this look to me maybe a hanging hope everything work out

  4. First, they need to verify if this French person id that was found was reported missing from anywhere. they need to know whether this French person is dead or alive. If alive why was his/her id doing in the bush where a dead body was found. If missing reports were made then it could or could not be the person. one still cant jump to conclusions yet. how are we so sure that the person was not killed somewhere and placed there to rot since it does not look like the farmer does much farming on the land?

there are a lot of questions to be asked that we know definitely the Dominica Police Force has no answers to. We need some assistance from somewhere but hey they may have already contaminated any evidence in the area. REST IN PEACE

May the deceased rest in peace. I guess the rope on the mango tree says it all huh? Case closed? Can I be totally inappropriate and make a joke here? A friend said to me just now…”Oh my gosh, the Rastas are hanging white people in the bush”! I almost died laughing!

Managed what? they will keep it in a brown paper bag for a few days , then dispose of it , that;s their trademark . you think they care , they need a suite for neglect of duty . that’s what they need . They are only good at giving false hope .
