It was probably someone that knew him and knew what he had. This is typically the way anyone gets robbed in DA. That is why no one wants anyone to know what t they have. Sad place. The likelihood of recovery with the present police system is very slim.

Only today during a conversation with someone I voiced my concern about those brazen criminals and that in this so-called modern society with all these electronic gadgets, crimes have increased. This is right here in Toronto; Canada no doubt.
They commit crimes, if arrested and charged, they are granted bail and are out on the streets to continue plying their criminal activities. I would keep them incarcerated for as long as possible and until the case is called. In this way, a spoke will be placed in their wheel, removing them from society for years.
God is taking note of your criminal activities. Every theft, every harm are recorded in the Book of Damnation. Fear for your future, eternity. Let them know that.

Cameras, cameras, cameras and more cameras, its not invasion of privacy its public safety. If Dominica is serious about Eco tourism & protecting visitors and citizens they need to take steps to provide security all over the island not just on Roseau streets. no stone left un-turned!
