This beastly behaviour towards another human being deserves the appropriate response. This same criminal took to his phone to record a distasteful message immediately after he committed this atrocity. The police must NOT take corners but FIND the others involved in this case. It must be said that such calculated acts are not premeditated by males only; the female knows who she is certainly!! It’s just a matter of time.
    Losers !

You are ridiculous. Why are you people blaming him? Does he know the criminal?
Can the government and the Police Chief prevent people from harming others?
When criminals are sued they have attorneys who plead on their behalf. They do not caution them about not harming others.
You, too have a part to play in society and to keep the peace. Why do you not go and talk to those nationals and warn them against harming their fellow people and what will happen to them if they do?
All people as you do are to criticize. When last you prayed for Dominica and nationals, prayed for the eradication of crimes in general?
