Police are presently investigating a homicide which took place in Stockfarm on Tuesday afternoon, November 3.
According to reports the incident involved a man, who is said to be a prison officer, and his girlfriend.
The girlfriend is now dead, according to reports.

I remember living in stockfarm 16 years ago and combing Triscia’s hair and her brother Danny trying to teach me to crochet. Lord this is so sad. Only God can heal the pain the family is experiencing. so senseless. There is no answer to the many whys that deserve death by murder. I still cannot come to grips with this. Megan my prayers are with you and totes as well. Danny and little Noah may God touch all of you in this time of great pain. Only God knows …Only He has the answers. Wow. I honestly don’t know why & how we can allow things like this to happen; especially if you were a neighbour. There are always signs of abuse within a family/ residence or community. It’s time we look out for each other. Fuck man! I knew this person. Until we lose someone we start to think. RIP. – Leaving family behind and a child.

Prison officers react exactly like police officers,they think that the law belongs to them when they do their jobs ,forgetting that one day the table can turn over and what goes around comes around,,to the women out their ,do not stay with a man for children sake,if you have shelter and food the children will have also,leave the zeros ,take your children and move on,it will be difficult for a time for you all just as it was for me but better days will come ,there are many heroes out there who wants a good and real woman even with kids in order to give them a better life,as long as a man cannot respect his woman and children and visi versa ,do not stay under the same roof.you have only one life to live..i hope some justice will be done for this lady because she is someone’s ,daughter,cousin,aunty,sister and friend..just hoping that she does not leave kids as this was not mentioned…RIP.

Our young men need to go back to God. We need God-fearing Christian men. Too many of our young men are striving to be lie J-Zee and not like JESUS. Parents, spend time teaching your children the way to the Father instead of the way to carnival. We are losing our children to Satan. We are losing our girls who worship Beyonce’ and Nicki Manja. We need to stand in the gap for them.
Any man who raises his hand on a woman is not a man……We need God-fearing men to raise Christian families. Our men are too worldly and demon possessed.

by the photo i saw of the guy, who allegedly did the act. He looks like someone on steroids. so even if he may ‘love’ or had ‘love’ her. The ingestion of such stuff would send his ‘temper’ to uncontrollable situation. Ladies should take heed, if there significant other is taking any gyming products and moniter if there was any change in temperament. A gas cylinder? Even an empty one isn’t so easily maneuvered, so this guy was on something and the culprit must be some steroid.

My immediate memory of Tricia was seeing her as a child sucking her thumb while sleeping on her mother’s lap. Such a peaceful memory. We never know what the future holds…. My prayers are with her parents, brother and young child.
I’m just wondering why no one seems to be commenting of the murder of this woman! A political topic would already have generated lots of bright ideas from our intelligent citizens.
Perhaps because there is some hope that people can pressure politicians in to fixing the economy, criminal justice system, mental health systems, domestic violence prevention, etc. to hopefully reduce incidences like these.
All that can be said at this point is RIP to the woman, condolences to the families, and prayers that the child involved will not be scarred for life.
This didn’t happen because of politicians, this happened because an individual chose on his own to commit an evil act.

Politicians can do so much and no more. This guy was employed I think, so it does not appear to be for economic reasons at least for his basic needs, although those needs vary from person to person. The criminal justice system is not run by the politicians as far as I am aware. The mental health system is not perfect but I hear the professionals begging people every day to look after their mental health and as soon as people realise there is a problem to seek help. The politicians cannot fix the domestic violence problem. It involves value systems; family relations; self esteem and so much more.
I would suggest, rather that we try to reduce the anger and resentment within ourselves and in the wider society against politicians and other citizens who probably haven’t got a clue how they are supposed to have offended us, because when those feelings are fed and they fester, sometimes without any reasonable or obvious justification, anything can happen.

She was never in a violent relationship. This was the only time anything ever happened and she died as a result.

How sad. What could she have done which was so bad? We must preserve life at all costs and not take it and deprive people of their God-given right to life, from conception to natural death.
This is the intention of our God for each one of us and His expectation of us, to love one another, do good to all and treasure their friendship and life. No matter what, no one deserves to die at the hands of their fellow people.
It immensely hurts the Most Sacred Heart of Our Lord Jesus Christ when his created-child is murdered, bad enough by someone they knew who loved them. Does this make any sense? Some people allow their temper to get away with them, their reasoning and mind. Consider the hurt which this cause to all families.
When such feeling assail people, they should look to God and say, “God, grant me patience.”
The saying: “Temper is so good a thing, we should never lose it.” There is no excuse for it.
God is the author of life and death. Not human beings
This is a happy time, Independence Day. It was not meant to be a time with such sadness. A life lost can never be regained.
Now her family are thrust in a state of grief including her friends. It is not fair to them (to no one) to have to go through this sudden sorrow. Lord, help them cope.
