I have only this to say many Dominicans are facing a serious health issue.wellness is healthiness…we need more dieticians on the Island who should be educating parents and young adults about a health lifestyle.how may children are obese its a shame.Dominicans were once a healthy People I can’t boast of that today… Parents the buck starts with you…..we need to be more health conscious… A healthy mind in a healthy body………. Where is the minister on Health on this worrisome increasing issue. ….,I believe we have lost all pride in self that’s why we are sinking this low… Where we once respected our bodies by being careful of what we eat, we no longer do this….. It is a pity……… I personally hate to put on weight.and when this happens due to one reason or the other I do what is necessary to get rid of the unnecessary weight…because I care about my health and my image. I hope u can say this for yourself….

Liquor store owners are restocking their shelves. The devil never gets a hang-over.
One Suggest thought is that we should put more garbage bins in place so that the litter on the ground and in the drains could be limited. I know that with these type of events garbage would be thrown on the gound but it can be controlled if bin are near by for the people to use.
