Roseau came alive on Monday night during the 2013 installment of Lagoon Street Jam.
The event has been held annually since the early 80’s and has become an integral part of Carnival celebrations in Dominica.

well this was just a swinging stars street jam. Don’t think you would have seen costumes there at that time of the night. I guess we’ll see some costumes and more colors on Monday and Tuesday carnival jump up days.
