All the opening of Carnival all over the island…Is it really necessary? Each community could have signature events throughout the season but is it really necessary to put all that resources and energy into “Carnival opening” all over the island. There’s nothing significant about each opening. Its the same thing happening everywhere. In my opinion there should be one grand opening in Roseau and activities throughout the island during the season.
