Five students from various primary schools will vie for the Ti Matador Creole Pageant 2016 to be held at the Arawak House of Culture on Saturday October 22 from 4:00 pm.
They are Kahanna Blanc of the Grand Bay Primary, Nixia Matthew of the Goodwill Primary, Kyara Casimir of the Newtown Primary, Jervelle George of the St. Martin’s Primary and Marci Savarin of the Roosevelt Douglas Primary.
The event is hosted by the Performing Arts Workshop and proceeds will be used to assist Shawnelle Walsh, first runner-up in the Miss Teen Pageant 2012 in meeting medical costs in Guadeloupe where she underwent medical treatment in 2015.
