St. George Lodge 3421 will host the 328th Communication of the District Grand Lodge of Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean from Friday 8th – Sunday 10th November 2019 here in Dominica.
The Communication will attract over 150 Freemasons and their guests and the activities will include lodge meetings, social events and a church service on Sunday 10th November.
Constituted in March 1910, St. George Lodge reported directly to the United Grand Lodge of England until November 2018 when it joined the District Grand Lodge of Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean.
The Lodge, which has seen modest growth in its 109 years of existence, has a membership of just under 50 members, most of whom reside in Dominica.
The Lodge seeks to enroll men who believe in the Supreme Being and who will uphold the tenets of Freemasonry, which are brotherly love, relief and truth.
Relief, or charity, is one of the more outward signs of Freemasonry and in this regard, the Lodge has in the past, made charitable donations to various local charities and as well as scholarships to needy students.
St. George Lodge is proud that it was asked to host the second of the bi-annual District Communications, especially considering that it joined the District only 1 year ago.
The members are looking forward to productive meetings and good fellowship with the visiting brethren and their guests, and hope to show off a bit of what Dominica has to offer
I just can’t believe that the people of Dominica who are so proud of their literacy, can have among them so many blinded and non-informed. Freemasonry has absolutely NOTHING to do with the outcome of ANY election and in fact we are STRICTLY forbidden to discuss politics and religion in our meetings.
However, to be a Freemason their must be a strict belief in The Supreme Being…God, Allah…Jehovah or whatever your faith is. People Skerrit is NOT a member of the Lodge. I have a cousin who is a member of the lodge here in Dominica and he does not support Skerrit! The lodge has different party affiliations, but the reason they don’t fight against each other is that they have established that Religion and Politics are dividing factors in life and they don’t discuss these at Lodge. Yes they have people from different Religious Organizations.
Skerrit cannot be a freemason. All the freemasons I know are descent, God fearing, family oriented, gentlemen.

2. If freemasonry is non christian, who is the god of this new secret birth or baptism in this ritual?
3. Who is the supreme being that it talks about and what is truth as Pilate asked?
4. If Dominica’s population is so small, why so great a percentage in this secret society?
