Dominica is among the countries that have reaped the benefits of of a series of live online training sessions aimed at empowering women to participate in the digital economy, with over 950 women gaining valuable skills from the training..

The Organization of American States’ Executive Secretariat for Integral Development (OAS-SEDI) announced the successful conclusion of this training programme which was provided by Meta, as part of a Partnership Agreement with OAS/SEDI to support the Women’s Economic Empowerment Program in Central America and the Caribbean. Meta is an American multinational technology conglomerate which owns and operates Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and WhatsApp, among other products and services.

The program was rolled out in several countries including El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala in Central America, and Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, St. Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines in the Caribbean. In Central America, the program was implemented in collaboration with the Regional Center for the Promotion of MSMEs (CENPROMYPE).

You all are just a bunch of jokers, joke people: since Roosevelt spoke his crap about appointing a Carib as president of Dominica t is empowering the rest of Carib women
which is another myth traveling in a bottle.
All of you are running with word empowerment.
Open a business today, see if it lasts six months, if it didn’t fail within six months and you are generating enough money to pay yourself more than starvation salary, a saving in a bank, only then you can start taking about empowerment.
Until then Roosevelt crap is not even a hypothesis.

Good point Meme. Most of the media I see from Dominica relating to business and personal progress involves women. We have prioritized the advancement of women, that is fine, but we have done it to the detriment of men. Dominican men have been left behind.
There are 13 permanent secretaries in Dominica’s government, 3 of them are men, 10 are women.

@If we knew better – Here’s the REAL goal of these so-called ‘Gender Equality’ Agendas -> Female Supremacy

That’s the ultimate endgame to this social engineering tactical scam which is financed, implemented & supervised by covert puppet-masters in high places.

You will hardly hear the proponents of Gender Equality call for the inclusion of more women in the dirty, out-of-sight but still important jobs of this world. The greater emphasis of these gender equality propagandists & sycophants re: the inclusion of more women in the workplace is in the jobs that have a lot of money, power, status & titles.

So why was the same training not accorded to the male sex? Are we progressing or retrogressing? If i am asked which sex is at greater risk in Dominica or (CARICOM), i will loudly say the male sex, but i read ever so often of women training…..Are we just seeing as far as our noses? Do the organisers of those programmes have a hidden agenda?
