Apostolic and Prophetic Youth Conference 2010 set for Dec. 16-19

The annual Apostolic and Prophetic Youth Conference is scheduled for December 16-19, 2010 at the Wesley Pentecostal Church.

The theme for this year’s conference is “Reaching out to the world as salt and light… Showing the power and love of Jesus Christ” (Matt 5:13-14). The guest speaker is evangelist Michael Haynes from Barbados.

According to a press statement organisers have placed “special emphasis on outreach evangelism this year as we reach out to the nations of the world”.

The statement also reads: “The vision of the youth conference is to minister to young people in such a way that they would experience the power of God in their lives daily. We will stand in the gap on behalf of our nation and the nations of this world.

“Our annual youth conference is aimed at bringing young people together locally, regionally and internationally to experience the power and the glory of God. We desire greatly to awaken a desire for Christ in young people so that they will return from our programs to their local church empowered to live fully for Him. “

Workshops “with dynamic powerful teachings” will be held daily and “awesome spiritual praise and worship nightly”, the press release states.

Outreach evangelism will be done through the villages in the north-east (Calibishie to Kalinago Territory):

Friday, December 17 – Worship workshop: Prophetess Jodi Andrew & The Levites of Restoration Center Ministries.

Saturday, December 18 – Dance Workshop:  International Christian Dance Fellowship of Trinidad and Tobago.

Outreach Evangelism Parade & Concert featuring Blessed one of Jamaica/St. Martin, 5 pm on Saturday at the Wesley Primary School Hard Court.

Thanks for your help, but the reference you made to being educated, i do not know. I’m just curious and trying to make sense as to what things mean and their understanding. I think this word called “education” is not used in it’s true sense now a days.
