The first of the quarter finals of the DBS Radio/Ministry of Education Reading Competition was held on Monday morning at the PSU Building.
Mallet Marie of the Pioneer Preparatory School managed to grab first place in that competition.
Second place went to Shandra Francis of the Lighthouse Christian Academy, while third place went to Hananel Valerie of the Christian Union Primary.
The rest of the placements are:
4th Place – Mia Bruno St. Joseph Primary
5th Place – Aliyah Henry St. Joseph SDA
6th Place – Joshua James Massacre Primary

3rd Place – Annicia Coipel St. Martin Primary
2nd Place – Aldi Xavier St. Mary Primary

congrats to all those who placed but i have a serious problem. Aldi Xavier who represented s.M.P read extremely well and didn’t place?????…he came 2nd in the first quarter and lost by one point,and 1st in the 2nd quarter…SO HOW COULDN’T HE MAKE IT TO THE SEMI FINALS!!!!…everyone wondered how could this happen????…..knowing that he came out 2nd and 1st and then didn’t place?!?!?!?!?!?!?!…well all i can say is that i am proud of him and even thou they CHEATED!!…he is still my winner…CONGRATS TO ALDI XAVIER!!
