General Manager of LIME Jeffrey Baptiste today presented 12-year-old Iyka Dorival with a laptop and printer for emerging the top student among children of employees who were successful at the National Assessment exams.
As part of its employee recognition and appreciation, the company maintains a scholarship program which provides an annual financial commitment to these students up to the completion of their five year secondary school period.
Miss Dorival, who obtained A’s in Language Arts, Mathematics and B’s in Science and Social Studies, will also receive internet service for five years in addition to LIME’s annual commitment of $450 for four years and $950 in the fifth year.
In presenting her gifts, General Manager of LIME Jeffrey Baptiste urged her to make valuable use of her scholarship from LIME and to continue to aim for the best.
In response to his words of advice, Iyka promised to do her best and asked for God’s continued blessings on LIME and its employees. She also thanked her dad, Ian Dorival and her mom, Patricia Etienne for their support and contribution to her success.
Other students from the LIME family who were successful at this year’s exams include Naeem Noel (Deanna Noels’ son), Joe-L Joseph (Luke Josephs’ son), Kareese Mendes (Wordsworth Mendes’ daughter), Kwamie Tavernier (Donald Taverniers’ son), Darien Cassell (David Cassells’ son), Cody Sharplis (Clivette Sharplis’ son).
Way to go Naeem.

Allow me to quote some parts of your speech – “To God be the glory great things He has done”. Indeed God is great, He has taken you thus far and He will continue to be with you as you journey through life.
