Two secondary schools here will face each other for the last stage of the Kiwanis national debating competition this morning.
This year’s debate is the 18th one to date and the finals is slated for 10 a.m. at the University of the West Indies Open Campus at Bath Estate.
The North East Comprehensive School (NECS) and the Saint Mary’s Academy (SMA) will debate the topic: “Men are the more irresponsible partners in the HIV epidemic in Dominica.”
North east students will propose, while the Saint Mary’s Academy Students will oppose the topic.
