Put it in your pipe and smoke it…..Karessah is King. Every calypsonian including Dice was invited to participate…They could not get a song.. you should have written for them.. Karessah does his own writing and he can manage any topic…Big up king!!!!!!!

When are you going to understand “Calypso is big man ting?”

    • Your point?
      December 3, 2012

I am looking at all the other competitors:
Rachel Jno. Baptiste, the Bobb, Manhimself, Vigilante, Beno, Checko, Swallow, Big Jeff and QTS finalist, Leona Peters. Besides Leona Peters all the others are stalwarts. Nothing wrong with Janae participating however she came third. Congratulations Janae, however they did not advertise it as a Junior calypso competition.

      Go Karessa! Keep running things!

Go Trinidad and look at who is competing. When are you all going to stop this nonsense about too old for Calypso? Caressah is just about 40 yrs or so, I am 41 and don’t you dare call me old :)
The competition is open to all adults. Go back and check when the Mighty Sparrow was still competing. Let the young ones take their time and mature too. They don’t have to feel bad if they dont win overnight. ‘Ai ai. What you want nor, little spoil brats calypsonians who can’t wait to mature in the art form?’

faux pas doesnt mean he cannot sing .alyou too like to judge people by their mistakes.smh

        December 4, 2012

Faux Pas or not…. 50% of karessah performance on that night was enough to give him the crown. Lyrix, melody and presentation he was 150% ahead of the rest… This man is on a momentum you better watch out…
