Jamaican gospel artiste to headline local concert

Jamaican Reggae Gospel artiste, Jermaine Edwards, is expected to headline a concert organized by the Abundant Life Fellowship and Deliverance Ministries, a member church of the Gospel Mission Assemblies of Dominica.

It is to be held on September 27 at the Harlem Plaza.

Some of the most popular hits that Edwards is expected to perform include:  Make you smile, Hide away, Love and Devotion and  Rain Down.

The church is in the process of raising funds to construct its much needed church building in the community of Pte. Mitchel. This church sanctuary will serve as the place of worship and other activities, geared towards enhancing and developing the moral base of that community.

Other popular local  artists who will contribute towards the nights event include; Godsent, Yohan Henry; Sernel and SALT.

Tickets are sold at CLC, Mee kee Dee’s Bridal store in Portsmouth, Marigot Pentecostal Church and from various church members.

Advance tickets are $30.00; at the door patrons will pay $35.00 and VIP tickets which qualify one for a free drink and a chance to win a brand new Kindlefire, is $50.00.

D J Miracle will provide entertainment while Felix Henderson, will be the Master of Ceremony.

        I would like to add to the point by saying that protestants are notorius for demonizing these venues,the people and activities held there.At this point it would appear that they have succummed to ‘Foot in Mouth Disease’.
