Muzik Iz Life Concert to raise funds for Carib Territory students

Tribal Services the entity expected to change the face of activities promotion, marketing and coordination on the North East of Dominica, in  partnership with the Bigger, Better Partners has released its lineup of artiste expected to  perform at  this  year’s  Muzik Iz Life  Concert.

The  concert to be held  this Friday August  6th is expected to reel  in  funds  for  the first  ever North  North-Eastern  Summer  Book Bag  Campaign, where  funds would be  used to acquire bags and  stationery along with other  items which would  be  handed  over  to  the  Karina  Cultural Group for turn over to some 25 children of  the Kalinago Territory.

Chief  of  operations  at  Tribal  Services Alvin Alexander says that a formal launching will  take  place  just before  the  gates are open to  the  public  for the 9pm  showcase. Alexander  says that  they  also intend to present the  first round of Tribal  events expected  to  take place  at the  commencement of  the  next operations  year  which  commences at  the end of September 2010 .

Through teaming up with a number of Northeastern and  national stakeholders, the  entertainment grouping  is expected to present  a number of  headline  events.

Followers to  popular  radio program ‘Digi  In  30’ and social  networking  site, Facebook  have  been  a  part  of  the  final  selection  process in  ensuring  that  event  can be  staged.

Tribal Services in  collaboration with N.B Entertainment proudly names  the  following  artistes and  performers  through the Events Promotion Coordinator Department at  Tribal  Services headed by Wellsworth Carlton.

Also  hanging  in  the  air  is  the   Vibe  and   Riddims  of  Global Lynx and  Carijazz Music  featuring  Atunyah, one  of  Dominica’s  number  one  Reggae  Lords. No  event  of  this  magnitude  would not  be  complete  without  Dj’s  as  such  spinning  the  discs  on  that  night  would  be  DJ Flip, Dj Scratch  and  Dj Dez.

The event will get on the way bang on time from 8:30pm and is expected to run  from  Friday  August  6th – Saturday August 7th 2010 with  a  junior component  organized  by event  partners  Camp Ah Fu Ah Wi carded  for Saturday August  7TH .

    great idea but what is this little man with a big mouth doing for the carib territory.When are these caribs going to elecect a sensible and hard working representative? Finally ,give Mr,sanford the chance and support to become the first carib prime minister,think and do it.Kalinagoes,enuff is enuff,forget labour and vote for the party that gave you portable water,the carib model village and all the good things you were supposed to get.
