pm skerrit was on stage ?
To: Mr. Larry Larocque, DNO. I notice you didn’t get any shots of Ian Douglas when he came on stage while Karessah was singing. I bet you were so shocked you didn’t even remember you had a camera in your hand…LOL!!! It’s ok. It happened to me too!
i agree with salisbury girl..it was very annoying..
Well we had our BRUFFFFF, BAKES & codfish, cocoa tea, souse, and other DA local foods and party with our group of DA fans hear in Houston. Good calypso judging my “golden “bro. Tasha P …hats off.
Yet I also want to add that last year we heard a variety of topics, but once de Pat is in I know the songs that he writes “cause they have the same theme. Man! write songs to make people want to listen and know about the good that the island possesses ..
Congrats Karessa! Bobb..that was excellent!
Salisbury girl in de bronx in feel your pain, as i was having de same problem. Twas very annoying. That also goes for the Queen Show as well. And they have to get persons with de proper tone of voice to do that show.
Salop…I am with you on that one. That is why I have not even bothered to listen to any calypsoes this year. Listen to the songs of any year and one has a pretty good idea of how this year’s song sound.
Every year is a repeat of the previous.
oh my i see a HUGE thing in front alex boy oh wow….hmmmm mhmm lol
Bronxe girl i totally agree with u it is very much annoyin when u have to listen to how many people speaking at the same time.especially when the performer is on stage.Sometime i make noise with myself say why the hell they are not shouting up stupes!
We need better song writers.this pat thing is outdated.same ole every year.big up the king for taking it to the next level.
I must say that the commentators on DBS radio on the night of the calypso finals were very annoying, sorry guys. Since you guys are not having a personal discussion but are being the eyes of the ardent listeners out there, like me in the Bronx, I feel after years of commentating on these shows, you have failed to improve. Please, PLEASE, I implore, one person speak at once. It is disrespectful and very annoying to listen to 5 plus men all shouting and talking at the same time. Common, you guys should be more professional. So, looking forward to next year and much improvement with your comments on the show. Remember, the rule of thumb, only ONE person can speak at a time. Thank you.
