Woman Can Lie, A Caribbean Play “Comedy” by Alex Bruno will be staged at the Hollywood Performing Arts Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Hollywood Fl. 33020, on Saturday April 7, 2012 at 8:00pm.
The play exposes questionable dealings of selected females, in the case of the play, a character named BETH, who chooses to deceive men and cheat her way around several relationships. Woman Can Lie examines the crimes of infidelity carried out in covert, but painful ways by women to unsuspecting men.
The play is performed by an all Caribbean CAST and is presented by Téyat Pawol, a drama group which was established in Florida over a decade ago. The event is sponsored by One Caribbean Culture LLC., Nature Isles Boat works, WAVS 1170 AM and Riverland Mas.
The event is dubbed: A celebration of the Caribbean, through drama, music food and culture. Contribution is $25.00 in advance, $30.00 at the door.
