A tropical wave will continue affecting the area tonight.
Unstable conditions associated with this wave should continue to generate cloud conditions and shower activity which could be moderate to heavy at times. Isolated thunderstorms and gusty winds near showers are also possible.
People in areas prone to flooding, landslides and falling rocks should be on alert. Thereafter, improvements in the weather conditions are expected as a ridge pattern rebuilds.
Moderate sea conditions are expected over the next 24 to 48 hours with waves peaking near 8ft. A small craft advisory is in effect. Small craft operators and sea bathers are advised to exercise caution.
