Digicel on Saturday reached out to over 150 residents predominantly of the Petite Savanne area, who are being housed at the Dominica Grammar School following the passage of Tropical Storm Erika.
With support from several individuals and organizations to include the Newtown Juvenile Football Academy, former NBA player Garth Joseph, Ah Fuh Ah Wi Bakery, Mr. Mills’ treats and the Dominica Cricket Association, Digicel engaged residents in sporting activities of football, basketball and cricket, as well as arts.
Understanding that this is a tough period for many, Digicel staff interacted with residents and listened to the stories they had to tell in the wake of storm Erika.
Throughout the coming weeks, Digicel will continue to lend its hand of support to assist in the rebuilding efforts.
Waw! from one to the next. You never cease to amaze me. Big up. Thanks for being ever true, ever faithful and ever honest. You are second to none. Again, thank you in a big way.
Thank you! thank you! Digecel, continue being the giant company you are. We appriciate your efforts.
