Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment Program has taken the last spot in a report compiled by Henley & Partners, a residence and citizenship planning company.
Henley & Partners launched its Global Residence and Citizenship Programs 2016 report, which ranks the 19 most relevant residence-by-investment programs as well as the top eight citizenship-by-investment programs available throughout the world today.
Dominica’s program was at the bottom of the heap with St. Lucia second to last.
Malta was ranked as first for the second year in a row with a score of 73 out of 100. This was followed by Cyprus in second place with a score of 71 and Antigua and Barbuda in third place with a score of 62.
