As a Peace Corps Volunteer only one third of the way through my two-year service, I have much pride in my community and all its amazing residents. I am capturing as much of it as I am able by taking photos as often as possible.
Residents were out in full force for Community Service Day on Friday November 4th, all doing whatever they could to beautify their close knit, loving community.
Nothing stopped the residents of Paix Bouche and its four hamlets when given the chance to come together when called upon by the Village Council.
A new wall was constructed in the Village center and a new tree was planted on Moore Park back road. The other hamlets of Terre Platt, Providence, and Bellmaniere also took on projects such as roadside cleaning of drains and culverts, tree de-branching, and flower planting.
All were successful!
Paixbouche always shows a unified front in events. Gotta Love the community.
Wishing everyone a blessed time. Keep up the good work. And Mr. Kiddie..you know you I am proud of you.

My lovely Paix-Bouche home. This is one community that can boast of it “coude main” (self help); on thing with Paix-Bouche People… I love this place. Good job fellas, it sure looks good.
Great job but no plan.
I am sure you are one of those who never volunteer to do anything in the community. Otherwise you would not have been the first to make a negative comment. Stupes.
Why didn’t you offer your efficient plant skills for the benefit of the community?
We had no architects but were able to build a sturdy and efficient lazy bench in Belle Maniere….all through voluntary service.
