The local Met Office is advising of additional shower and possible thunderstorm activity this week.
According to the Met Office, moisture and instability associated with a trough system located just east of the island chain, is expected to spread additional cloudiness and shower activity beginning tomorrow, Monday, through Thursday.
Thunderstorm activity is possible late Tuesday into Wednesday (Christmas Day).
Residents in areas prone to flooding, landslides and falling rocks should be vigilant as grounds are already saturated due to the previous rainfall activity, the Met Office said.
Dominica News Online will monitor the weather and will provide updates when they become available from the Met Office.
its the same weather pattern in the whole eastern Caribbean, we are just going to have a wet Christmas ,just thank God it could be worst.
