Blackberry drama

These days Blackberry handsets are more common than dirt, especially within big business places.

Well recently the supervisor of a young employee happened to pick up his blackberry by mistake.

Among the inappropriate content found there, were naked pictures of the young man, profanity for days and a conversation containing many rumours about said supervisor.CLICK HERE TO READ MORE ON BEFFNEWS.COM

What the eyes doesn’t see, doesn’t hurt the heart! Anyone who picks up a cell phone or anything that does not belong to them in error, should not go through it unless if it is in an attempt to find the owner. In this case however, the supervisor went much too far. A cell phone is one’s personal property. To every action there is a reaction and a consequence too! The supervior has reacted, I hope that supervisor is ready to face that consequences.

He should challenge this dismissal. The supervisor had no right to go through the man’s private phone. If it was company issued then that would be something different.

stupes…the supervisor cannot simply fire someone after invading their personal property, even if it was at the jobs location….

just to make everything good all the supervisor should do was call him in the office to hang around after work and work on what you saw in those pics lmaoooooooooooo maybe then you would not fire him…and just make him your personal secretary lmao lol lol

come on now so many people looking for jobs then lol lol lol

try locking your phone next time. But yeah if its not your phone u have no right going through it. If its not hindering his job performance in any way he should have bee fired.

lmao that supervisor knew it was not his or hers.. she in trouble invasion of privacy

  17. January 18, 2010

That supervisor should have been sued for terminating the employee for wrongful reasons based on this situation. The supervisor should not have gone through the employee’s phone for no reason @ all. The supervisor violated the employee’s privacy by snooping around the employee’s cellphone. THAT IS NOT RIGHT!!! But on another note BlackBerry’s are so expensive the employee should have had it on him/her all of the time. I own a BlackBerry and everywhere I going I have it with me cause I know exactly how expensive it is and would not want no one to be playing around with or in it.

I fully support young…dominica take on this. This is no ground for dismissal. she had to right to go through a private cell phone.

Nonsense from the time the superviser realised that the phone was not belonging to him or her he or she had no right to through the phone
