A Dominican model will be hitting the international runway as a grand finalist in the Top Model Worldwide event to be held in the United Kingdom.
Saryta Akpa has been selected to join models from across the globe for the event carded for April 13 at the Hilton London Metropole.
Top Model Worldwide is the leading international model search – seeking out the best new model talent from all over the world with a host of titles and awards, great prizes and fantastic career opportunities for the lucky award winners!
This campaign includes a diverse mix of finalists, from runway to photographic, from all nationalities, and the top model show weekend is one of the premier events of its kind.
Top Model Worldwide is a fashion and model industry backed search and does not have beauty pageant style heats or public text voting to select the Finalists. All finalists are selected by interview and by industry professionals.
The 2013 Top Model Worldwide international Grand Final is part of an established London weekend fashion and model spectacular. The finalists will appear in a fully choreographed, high-profile, professionally produced three-hour runway and entertainment extravagance.
Akpa is from Morne Daniel and attended the Convent High School and the Dominica State College.
Although I don’t know the young lady or her family for that matter because, I have been away so long I feel very proud. There was a time when you had to have a certain complexion or a certain last name to even dream of something like that. Small changes.
