Heavenly Father, you know where my brother is, help us to find him.
I must say, for a 71yr old, he looks very well.
If his age was not given, I would have guessed his age to be in his late 50s or early 60s
Is this the incredibly talented guy from La Seule Difeuwanse of Castle Bruce who is a master voice imitator? Whether or not, I do hope he is found live and well.
He is walking back, cus he cant afford the tax levy on the bus drivers .
Pawol buwik = Donkey talk= Jack ***= Bull Crap
LOL! That was a good joke. Thanks for that one.
I hope that he is safe somewhere.
Some will not agree with what I say in this regards. Assuming this man was discharged from the hospital, after admittance, if Dominica was not a backward place, he would not be discharged unless, there was someone to ensure his safety until he gets to his place of residence.
The reason for that is when people are treated with certain medication, be it for even one day, it leaves them in a form of disoriented state, which could cause the discharge patient to harm themselves. In the developed world, Europe, and North America, when they discharge you, there must be someone responsible to take you home.
If you do not have a relative or friend, they will call a Taxi to take you home at your expense! For all we know the man is dead somewhere in the ocean, or a river, or might walked over some precipice!
Oh Francisco Telemaque where have you been? these are your words “In the developed world, Europe, and NORTH AMERICA, when they discharge you, there must be someone responsible to take you home.” Now visit the two web sites below, plus there are many more instances like this one.

Okay, I am not going on any site you want me to go on; but if you are introducing me to people discharged in the streets from hospitals, though unfortunate, I’ve seen that; nevertheless, many are mentality ill people who were taken from the streets to the hospitals for treatment.
What would you suggest the hospitals do with such people who are homeless, lived in the streets prior to begin warded in the hospital?
Would you anticipate they keep them in the hospitals indefinitely, or should the Hospital buy or provide them with a home? Remember I did not go on any of the site you suggested, so if we are not on the same page, I might be talking about something different to what you wanted to present to me!
There are lots of homeless people in the more developed world of which, more than half of them are there by choice; others are there due to mental illness, that is different to Dominica’s situation.
Francisco, you asked what should the hospital do with the homeless people the hospital discharged whether the hospital should keep, buy or provide them with home!? According to you , the hospital has the right to put them on the street.. But,
One wonders if a case like this was to happen in Dominica where the hospital would just put homeless and sick people on the street after having been discharged what would be your comment ?! Skerrit would have no mercy from you and Dominica would be the worst country in the world. Today you can accept the fact another country can do so. Put its homeless and sick people on the street.
Can you say what he was wearing on that day need all the facts thanks
