Casey Anthony not guilty of murder, other charges in daughter’s death

Casey Anthony

After less than 11 hours of deliberation, a jury Tuesday found Casey Anthony not guilty of first-degree murder and the other most serious charges against her in the 2008 death of her 2-year-old daughter.

But the jury convicted her on four misdemeanor counts of providing false information to law enforcement officers.

As the verdict was read, Casey Anthony cried from her seat in the courtroom, breathing deeply as she looked forward. She then hugged her defense attorney Jose Baez and other members of her defense team.

Those who followed the Casey Anthony’s saga as I term it should note her crocodile tears – hypocritical ones and joyfulness, the latter when she was acquitted.
We have also heard the story that she was angry with her mother who is (was) employed and who wanted her to stay home “from partying”, going to night clubs” and to take care of her daughter. Casey was an irresponsible mother.
In addition the speculation as stated through the US Media is that, as heard, her brother is the father of her child. No other facts of who Kaylee’s father is, has been divulged. She has been tight-lipped on this.
At the funeral service for Kaylee, her brother divulged crucial information leaving the listeners to conclude that their was a secret between Casey and himself and directly informing Casey who was listening-in from jail that this secret is between them and will not be divulged. It appeared that it was a plea on his part.
All phone and verbal conversations between Casey and her family were recorded therefore the family, including the brother had to be careful what they stated to her.
Casey, her defense lawyer and those who supported her and wanted her to be acquitted “of murder of her beautiful child” are rejoicing for now. Later for them. Their day will come. God knows what happened to that child, who murdered and who placed her in the garbage and thrown her in the bush “as a piece of trash” as Nancy Grace of CNN/HLN stated as she also referred to “Mom tot”.
It was so sad too that animals ate her body and even a snake was seen near the bag. This is so upsetting.
I reiterate that Casey, as the mother of beautiful Kaylee a noticeable smart child for her age who was already speaking and of love, as taught by especially her grand mother, knows very well what happened to her child.
Christianity has taught us to have empathy for others. It is a command of God which we are obligated to practice, the Word and teaching of God but as human beings how difficult it could be to practice it towards this mother and some others (no exception some fathers and others who are also responsible of taking care of children) and who take advantage of their authority and abuse, injure and murder them.
Those mothers and others need help and most importantly the blessing and grace of God. When we fail to recognize God, fail to give Him due worship, do not pray for ourselves and for others and live a selfish and self-centered life, easily we could fall into all sorts of temptations and evil works brought on by the enemy of God and of our souls to our earthly misery and evil works and practice of same towards others, to the path of perdition.
If only everyone would recognize that we would have a wonderful, loving, peaceful and safe world, able to live in harmony with others, in words as well. How much have some human beings denied themselves the blessing and graces of God, sometimes to their eternal detriment.
We are the world. We are the children/adults of the world.
God’s blessing and peace to all.

We were all interested in this case, a two year old child disappeared and murdered.
As every one else I am unable to comprehend why Casey Anthony was acquitted of murder in her daughter, Kaylee’s death. As we heard the Prosecution did not show evidence that she murdered her child. The evidence is evident.
She is the mother of the child. She knew the whereabouts of the child.
The trunk of the car smelled like rotting body. Her father had said that.
They tried to prove that it was a piece of rotting pizza. Oh my!
She went to a nightclub, dancing and carrying-on as if nothing happened and the child is alive.
She did not report her missing.
Her mother did not see the child for a month and kept asking Casey for her grandchild.
Casey lied that a nanny had taken the child out of her hands.
When Kaylee’s remains were found, there was duct tape on her mouth. Who put it there?
Casey had accessed the Internet for Chloroform and other means which could be used in murdering someone.
Then in prison concocted a story that the child died in the swimming pool, a story she may have heard that another inmate stated about her baby being drowned.
That her father knew about it and helped hide the body.
Then she accused her father and brother of molesting her.
Casey’s mother lied to the Court that she was the one who accessed the Internet for Chloroform.
This woman is such a pathological liar.
I thought that all these evidence which were presented by experts was a waste of time. The Court should have concentrated on the fact that the child disappeared, was murdered, was placed in a garbage bag and in a secluded area to rot and who was responsible. Obviously, her mother placed it there or got someone to do so.
Casey should have been put on the stand and questioned. This probably would have broken her silence and the case.
I also felt that this was a kangaroo Court.
Casey should have been convicted on circumstantial evidence.
There was ample evidence to convict her. Those who were present, who heard the Court proceedings by TV and read about it in on the Internet and in the newspapers, have all concluded that she should have been convicted.
Jose Baez her defense is also a pathological liar. It was said that while she was in prison he made a pass at her. He may very well try it when she is out. He may be in love or infatuated with her. I do not trust that man.
If I were the father I would disown her for defaming his character. She thought by bringing this up, whether true or not, it would help to acquit her. Frankly, I do not see why this had to be brought up in Court. After all, she was on trial for the disappearance and murder of her child.
Time will tell for her. Make no mistake the truth may yet come out from Casey. She may, one day, incriminate herself. If so, she will be arrested again… Let us wait and see.
Such a sweet and loving child who was deprived of her life, her little daughter’s soul is crying to Heaven for vengeance.
God knows who murdered Kaylee. God is good! Whoever did this will receive their just recompense in God’s time.
I should write a book about this, eh.

You are correct, “Oh God have mercy.” Indeed! Note the wickedness of some people. As the world progresses it is increasing.
My dear mother would say, “Patience and time you will see a lot of things happen.”
I usually add to it, one way or the other. We are experiencing a lot in this era, more evil and immorality with much more to come.
Pray for yourself, your family members and of course other Dominicans. Only God can shield us and protect us.
May God bless and protect you.
