LONDON (BNO NEWS) — The Archbishop of Canterbury on Friday declared Prince William and his long-term girlfriend Kate Middletown married after the couple said “I will” in a marriage service watched from around the world.
“I pronounced that they be man and wife together, in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost,” the Archbishop said during the service at London’s Westminster Abbey.
Prince William is second-in-line to the British throne.

What I liked most of the ceremony was the idea of the word of
God being read more the once with such clarity, an opportunity for millions to have heard it at the same time. Blessings to the duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Folks, I had my reservation about this relationship since they cohabitated prior to marriage, Prince William as a future King and Kate as a future Queen who should be exemplary and to the younger and future generation. It is an era where people accept such. I am pointing out, not so with God who has set His Commandments.
At first I was not enthused about viewing the wedding celebrations. However, as a CNN host stated, “I was not with it but when I saw them I changed my mind.” So did many of us.
Viewing the wedding, it was just beautiful. Kate was elegantly dressed and so was Prince William. I was mesmerized and elated by the entire wedding proceedings which I taped on VCR. How could we not be enthused when all TV Stations carried it?
Kate is really a beautiful, elegant woman. She appears humble. I hope she truly is.
Prince Harry appears to be mischievous in a nice way. Did you note the color of his hair?
You heard that Prince Harry said to his brother, Prince William, “Wait until you see her.”
When Kate arrived and was side by side with Prince William, he said: “You look beautiful.”. This is enough to melt the hearts of those who were not enthused about them.
Queen Elizabeth looked elegant. No exception Prince Philip. Both looked elated and no doubt moved.
Prince Charles and Camilla, I could not care too hoots about them, knowing what occurred to Princess Diana.
There is no doubt that everyone who was present at the wedding, the U.K. crowd who were present on the streets and those worldwide who viewed it on TV had Princess Diana on their minds. If only she was present to see her first son married. She must have been looking down on them.
It was noticeably what a beautiful bright and sunny day it was when we in North America, the US and Canada were experiencing bad weather also with cloudy skies, rain and high winds. The Royal couple was fortunate to have had such good weather. It may be that God shown His light on them.
I wish them well and hope their marriage remains intact.
The Queen named them the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
As time goes by we will hear more about them.

Your question is interesting and deserves a good response. I had the exact conversation with someone and not doubt others worldwide.
I found it strange that the US President and his wife were not invited. At first I thought there was some degree of racism. We are never too intelligent to learn from others.
The person I spoke to about it informed me that primarily due to security reasons and cost he may not have been invited. Also, his presence as U.S. President would detract from the occasion. This did open my mind. It made good sense.
You know how President Obama is loved worldwide by the majority of people whatever their nationality, race, color, creed and status.
In this case we must not be so quick to condemn the Royalties for not inviting him.
I also informed the person that they may have communicated with him and his wife. We may never know about this. However, I do believe this may have occurred. Who knows? They may have sent a wedding gift to William and Kate.
Stay tuned for President Obama and his wife’s biography, book and experience as President and the wife of the US President, in the White House when he will cease to be President whenever this occurs. Just speculating but it is not impossible.
Let us pray and hope that he is elected for another term. Keep praying!

WHY, simply because I love a good wedding. I loved her dress (simple but elegant). Best wedding dress I’ve seen worn by a royal bride.

No doubt.. some of the most uneducated Dominicans who migrated are in the UK especially the first generation who went there. They were denied freedom, good paying jobs and were treated like trash. Needless to say there children are now the supporters of the very people who oppressed their forefathers. The fact is they do try really hard (the royal family) to do charitable work and they do do alot even though we do not read about it everyday.
