The US Secret Service says it has intercepted a letter addressed to President Barack Obama that contained a “suspicious substance”.
Secret Service spokesman Ed Donovan said on Wednesday that the letter was intercepted at a facility away from the White House. He says the letter was received on Tuesday.
“This facility routinely identifies letters or parcels that require secondary screening or scientific testing before delivery,” Donovan said.

Anyway, DNO was way ahead, because I only heard about the Presidents letter at BOUT 10:47 A. M. Los Angeles time, such new DNO, I do not know how many hours prior to that, at this time of the year Dominica’s time is almost four hours ahead of Los Angeles.
We are in Spring, in the dead of Winter, Dominica is about four hours ahead.
