If people want any change, they can just stop complying. This is how chechs got communists out in the 90s- they just stopped serving them in shops, stopped repairing their cars, stopped going to any functions, stopped any interaction whatsoever.
If your corrupt MPs betray you, you just send a letter saying that you revoke their representation.
After a while they will have no mandate and no legitimacy and there is only so much even a hardcore criminal can take.

You must understand the candidates were elected by the people,the majority.Every constituency want to see their elected representative become a Minister.For the next 5 years there will be no leader of the PARLIAMENTARY opposition from UWP as Lennox Linton like to say.
These are some changes that are urgently needed for Dominica to become a well governed and economically viable jurisdiction.
There MUST be not only electoral reforms but constitutional reforms are equally needed as well. Both are cardinal. The present constitution gives the prime minister (regardless of the political party in power) much too much power.
The local economy presently depends solely on the sale of passports. This is unsustainable. We consume too much and manufacture/export too little. Our national debt is astronomical. It’s like an albatross around the neck of every citizen.
The rule of law is presently defecated on by this lawless, tyrannous, current regime headed by a notorious villain. This cancer needs to be surgically removed before Dominica can rise from the coal dust it is presently submerged in. Roosevelt is the opiate of the Dominican people!

Today’s announcement of the cast of characters for that much hyped “Great Reset” for Dominica is now one for the history books. And it seems like the purveyor is only a re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.
I was really looking forward to that reset but starting all over again is gonna be tough especially with all the old heads being brought back in newly created roles. The big government for a country of 70,000 people just got so much bigger with old ministers as special advisers to new ministers. Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit really and truly takes Dominicans for fools, and maybe we are because we tolerate this nonsense at our expense! Even Ambassador A makes a comeback to the US/ UN!
To hell with Roosevelt Skerrit with his preschoolers and kindergarten clay. Gason according to Roosevelt Skerrit himself I say to him go to hell back
Another oversized. cabinet at the expense of the taxpayers.
Also jobs need to be created for all the discarded ministers to keep their allegiance. More expense on the taxpayers of a poor country.
You I hear calls for all kind of reforms but what I want to see is a constitutional amendment. Designating the number and type of ministries. Any alteration need to be taken to parliament and would require a 2//3 majority.
All these made up ministries that surface after every general election can fall under anyone one of the standard ministries. Why do we NEED a Ministry of Blue Economy? SMFH!!
But none of the political parties will want that. Why? Because they all do the same. Keep their elected candidates happy at the countryâs expense.
