Community Service Day, also known as National Day of Community Service or Community Day of Service, is a public holiday in Dominica celebrated on November 4th.
It is a nationwide clean-up that follows Independence Day celebrations. On November 4 (or the following Monday/Tuesday if Community Service Day falls on a weekend) Dominicans from all around the island participate in community projects.
In keeping with the excellence in providing service to Dominica by DSAA, we did our Community Service today, one day early on the morning of November 3rd 2022, in cleaning up and power washing the facilities of The Dominica Infirmary, The Home for the Aged!
Congratulations to all the members who attended, under the able leadership of Director and Reunion Committee Chairman, Mr. Paul Philip! See the pictures and videos above!
Happy 44th Independence to the government and people of Dominica!
