The photograph in the caption is deceptive. Ms. Francis is black and does not have blond hair like the person depicted.

Skeritt is terrorized by men in leadership. That’s why he is flooding the workforce with women.

He can easier ‘persuade’ them to his way of twisted thinking.

Another foreigner gets a scarce, high paying job in Dominica. This is further incontrovertible evidence that Roosevelt has an powerful affinity for anyone foreign and a strong disdain for indigenous Dominicans.

Ibo, I have no objection to St. Lucian national being employed in our health service. Ms.Francis is a OECS/Caricom national of a neighbouring island with roots very similar to ours. It may turn out that the Govt. could not find a suitably qualified Dominican, willing to occupy the post. I am more concerned about her qualifications. Apparently she has limited experience in direct, clinical health services. Walden university is an on-line institution and I wonder if she can devote enough time to running our hospital, which is a 24/7 job, given that at the same time she is aso persuing a Ph.D. at UNICAF, also an online university, headquartered in Cyprus.
Given all that, she must be tenacious to put herself through all that and I wish her well. We have little choice but wait and see.

Did you read about her on the job experience at the Respiratory Hospital in St. Lucia and her role at the New Owen Hospital in Castries? The woman is well-experienced in the Health field. Where is Francisco Telemakak and his four degrees in Health? De man talks a lot and nothing to back it up. All he and Ibo do is bark like a dog.

Stop being a nuisance. Name a dominican right now who is highly qualified for that position. You bark at every appointment that the PM announces. Aren’t you disgusting and a damn nuisance. What are your profession and qualifications?

With Skerrit’s resilient spirit he will definitely overcome all you blue monkeys negative dog barking comments.. All he has to do is learn to control and not react. You do not have the qualifications and experience yet you keep barking like a dog. Hope you don’t bark up the wrong tree.
