Account set up for Prince’s children

Dorothy Prince from Grand Fond was killed in Antigua

The attorney handling the affairs of the two surviving children of murder victim Dorothy Prince said an account has been opened at Antigua Commercial Bank for the placement of donations for the minors’ upkeep.

Monique Francis-Gordon said the account is called the Estate of Dorothy Prince and the number is 107071232.

Francis-Gordon said three independent trustees have been placed as signatories to the account. They are Keith Gonsalves, a certified public accountant, Richard D’Ornellas, an accountant and Ingrid Abbott, a retired banker.

According to the lawyer, it is not unusual for independent trustees to be chosen and assured that the funds donated are in good hands.

Some of the people should learn to spell or check the dictionary before writing their comments. Please, let Mr. Webster help you.

Honestly i don’t mind the public signitory but a trusted family member should also be in on that. Also, it should not be all left on the public to assist, the Antiguan government must take care of these children, and the murderers should be ceased for real. the kids will need more than a few dollars.

Great initiative by a relative should have been on the account. These kids have a father I would imagine or some trusted family member in Antigua. As much as I hate to say it, I think most of it will go to the proverbial “Attorney’s and Accounts Fees”. However, if the kids are Antiguan then the moeny is better kept in an Antiguan Bank.
