Cuba – Blockade Vs. health: Cruel and inhumane policy

While the international community is still echoing the victory of the UN General Assembly approval of the Cuban resolution entitled: “Necessary to end the economic, financial and commercial blockade imposed by the United States of America against Cuba”, the historic vote continues to make headlines in the national and international press.

But the US government continues to remain silent and is not concerned over the international demand to end the criminal policy which is still in place for who knows how long inflicting sacrifices and restrictions on the Cuban people.

Which Blacks and Hispanics the U.S is exterminating?. You are very selective,The elderly, women and children.I thought under Castro these people are well taken care of?
Do you also feel sorry for the people Castro have in prison for decades? What crime have they committed? For speaking out or writing about his dictatorship.

The government of the U.S.A.Should not take its orders from the U.N. but from the people,,,,It Is “We The People”.

Things have gotten very bad here in the US. The government is corrupt, and may well support the criminal state of Israel in attacking Iran. We need regime change here. Madmen and women are running for the nation’s highest office. The media is complicit in policies of international piracy and silent regarding anything of significance.

It has to be two way…the Castros also need to move towards democratizing Cuba, I think 50 years is enough…

The Cuban people are crying out for it. The US is no saint, but Cuba does not belong to the Castro’s either.

Wrong is wrong, the Cuban deserve their freedom.

Who is going to punish the USA for crimes against humanity? The UN will soon find false teeth when the USA gets ready to launch military attacks against Iran and Syria.

A country that systematically exterminated the native American Indians and confiscated their lands, now wants to pose as the champion of human rights. The US government deprived black people medicine when they were afflicted with syphilis so I am not surprised that they are insensitive to the suffering of the elderly, women and children in Cuba. My only surprise is that President Barack Obama cotinues with the righr wing policy of genocide against millions of blacks and hispanics.

What has he done to lift the embargo on food and medicine, at least? What has he done to clean up the toxic waste left behind when the US closed its naval base in Puerto Rico? Puerto Ricans are increasingly getting sick from cancer and the US government is fighting through the courts to avoid responsibility for the illnesses and the clean up.

Puerto Ricans wanted the US navy to stop live bombing practice on the island of Vieques. The US closed the entire base on the mainland of Puerto Rico as economic punishment for their protest and have refused to clean up the toxic waste left behind. Obama didn’t do it but his govt is fighting through the courts to avoid doing the clean up or to compensate for illnesses.

Of course!! George Washington is your hero despite the fact that he owned slaves who were said to be 3/5 of a human being. He was a proud founding father who took up arms against the British. Nelson Mandela, Fidel Castro and Che guevarra, on the other hand, were communist terrorists. We must “get over slavery” but we must never forget the holocaust and 9/11.

How absurd; but I’m not going to fall into your stereotyping trap by calling you uncle Tom. You are supreme and I am the angry black man.
