Russia has launched a military partnership project with its Cold War ally Cuba, amid rising tensions over US plans to deploy an anti-missile system in Europe.
Russian contractors are to supply production equipment for manufacturing 7.62-mm rifle rounds, Kommersant daily reports. Cuban arms plant called Comandante Ernesto Che Guevara will also receive a license and technology for recycling used ammo.

The Cheek of it all! Isn’t it the same almighty USA going around the world flexing it military muscles, bombing and killing innocent civilians in Pakistan, Somalia, Afghanistan etc. with assassination drones, Threatening Iran and even have the audacity to deploy their ‘star wars’ missile shields in Poland and other countries bordering Russia? And as previously mentioned, has blockaded Cuba for the past few decades? It’s about time the rest of the world take stock and pull the USA back in line before we all pay for their misadventures.

The USA has had so many opportunities to make right the wrong they did to this island so many years ago. They refuse to do so. Its so shameful how other countries in the world have allowed USA to isolate a small island like Cuba by cutting off the necessary supplies. They speak about human rights yet in that Cuba they have guantanomo where they allow their US soldiers to torture prisoners. These people aren’t given one day in court until recently where their side of the story can be heard. Yet now they starting another crap with this island. Is like USA is the only one to have armunition. Maybe not because they give the drug cartels in mexico guns etc for free.
