Maduro has extended Venezuela’s state of emergency for the third time

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has extended the country’s state of “economic emergency” for another 60 days, an official newspaper reported, a sign of declining conditions in the crisis-hit country.

The state of emergency, in place since January, was necessary due to “extraordinary… social, economic, political, natural and ecological” pressures, according to the presidential decree, signed by Maduro on Tuesday and released Wednesday.

The declaration allows the government to seize assets of private companies to obtain essential food and goods.

It was the third time the state of economic emergency has been extended.

:?: This man’s name says it all as to how insane he is,mad-uro! After wasting the oil resources of the people on thugs like the prime mistake scarit,he’s now attacking private people property as his bad economic policy has failed! I thought his ambassador in Dominica said that everything was okay after Mr.Linton asked scarit to assist? The only people that mad-uro should be making demands on is those thug leaders he wasted the Venezuelan people resources on! Prime mistake scarit,i hope you are paying attention to what’s happening with your comrade so you can help him out? You owe it to him and the people of Venezuela!

Venezuela has an opposition party. They want Maduro out. Most people are out demonstrating. How many are/were employed? How many till the land? If people are out demonstrating they are not able to do anything for the economy’s progress and not for themselves. This creates hardship for those nationals. This is what occurs when people lean on their own understanding and leave God out of it.
It is too bad some people do not know to pray for peace. God wants more prayers than demonstrations and hatred. Prayers said well can change hearts as also that government.
Note what is also occurring in Turkey. God also help those people.

When you say, “We” you are referring to every able Dominican as yourself and those who have farm land.
You must not blame the government. What about the farmers?
Think. Be broadminded and be less critical. You must also remember that almost a year ago Dominica was devastated by TS Erica. This could also have caused the decline in the planting and growth of crops.

Justice, Truth, Facts, Kid on the Block, Tell the Truth, why are you questioning if the people demonstrating is employed or not, this is not the issue, you need to read and understand what they are going through by the dictator, likewise yourself in Canada, employed or not the people of Venezuela do have a constitutional right to demonstrate and to let prople like you who is against democratic rights the suffering they are going through under Maduro the wicked heartless dictator whom you are supporting, the same way you are supporting Skerrit Domimica’s Dictator

Talking about employment Skerrit turn many Dominican from employees to beggars, lining up for handouts, a page he took from his uncle/comrade Chavez, some day the same will be ask about your Dominican people for Dominica is already a Diictatorship Island, just take a look at what is taking place on your island presently

Steve, what have you done for Dominica, for the world in general? What have you done for anyone? There is more criticism than positive words.
Why do you not tell us something good of what you have done rather than criticism? We would love to know.
I hope you never deceived anyone in your life.

I suppose that the private companies locked their doors so that Venezuelans are prevented from shopping. Who knows? They who have access to goods may have taken them out and brought them into their homes; even distributed and/or sold to those whom they know This is why the Venezuelans have no food, etc. We must look at both sides of the picture.

This is the result of the Skerrit like manner in which Chavez and now Maduro governed Venezuela..The policy was to impoverish a large part of the population, make them dependent on the state (Red Clinic) so that the wicked would stay in power for ever….Dominica is heading down this slippery slope…What is our main export? Passports?Do we have an economy?NO?Have the wicked idiots in the dLP squandered or frittered away money? Maybe billions or hundreds of millions?Thats why I refer to them as EVIL leaders wickedly posing as human beings! What is Skerrit and his gang doing to help Venezuela…When things were nice he called Chavez DADDY…The dunce cat even wanted to speak Spanish in his own inimitable, stuttering and lisping way!!!WHERE WICKED PEOPLE RULE,,,,THE PEOPLE MOURN!!#!

    …(gasp)…but wait awhile nah, I thought….but as if…….

DNO, the following words taken in the context they’re used in the article is quite telling:
    — “….the country’s state of “ECONOMIC EMERGENCY”

    — …was necessary due to “EXTRAORDINARY… social, economic, political, natural and ecological” pressures, according to the presidential decree, signed by Maduro…..

DNO, recently the Venezuelan ambassador to Dominica said that things ain’t really so bad in Venezuela and Lennox was showing his ignorance & being manipulative in asking the government of Roosevelt Skerrit to assist Venezuela financially.

DNO, somebody is not telling the truth about the true state of Venezuela and I want to know who it is. Maduro & his ambassador in Dominica cannot be giving contradicting reports about the same issue & yet both be right at the same time.

    Reminder y’all – http://dominicanewsonline
