NEW YORK, USA (CMC) — New York Governor David Paterson has granted pardons to 24 immigrants, including Caribbean nationals, who were due to be deported because of prior criminal convictions.
Though he did not identify the nationalities of all the immigrants who had faced deportation, Paterson singled out Haitian, Edouard Colas.
Carribean roots? What a joke!
What do his roots have to do with excusing criminal behaviour?
thats a nice thing Mr governor now they can see how close they have come
Send their .. back if they cannot behave themselves in the people`s country.
for real
Mr Governor thanks for remembering your roots.
giving them a second chance to reconsider.
the funny thing is even if u have green card and u try to naturalize the immigration dep’t can still weigh whether to deport u or not lol, this is just to save ur skin from being deported right now, so if u have G.C be satisfied with it, going for naturalization is just bringing the radar to u again, or n yeah don’t pass through puerto rico nah, take ur flight directly from bridgetown to j.f.k on jet blue!!!!! once u in N.Y u have a fighting chance, God bless Nuevo York!!!!!!
Keep your caribbean roots alive.
Way to go Governor Paterson!!!!
