Please secure no less than four trash compactors to collect garbage. Where did you get the idea that an open-box truck is the right approach in 2013? This is a health hazard. Do you guys not care about Dominica anymore? Are you just in politics for the money and travel perks?
Cecil we had better trucks in the 1970s than we do today.
The level of incompetence is mind boggling. Stop with the “Fete Nonsense by the bay” and clean the place up!!!!!
Man on the ground this not fair to Mr. Joseph, yes their is something’s that could be better but we as a people own it to our country to keep it clean. There are signs Say “DO NOT DUMP” what do we see under the signs? we peep all over, KFC boxes where ever we sit to eat that’s where we leave our garbage. WE do not keep the our country clean.

Mr joseph thnaks for bringing the capital city of roseau to its knees. just a total domestic reck…its a city of stray dogs. paros and homeless indiviual control most of the city with a welcome hand shake for the visitors we are so dependant on for building this very bless land. gabbage , rats is out of control… the local business owner has run to the hills for cover by an overun city of a different native….. the city should be as clean as the place we live and called home …. Can you remember we gave you the keys to the city as our care taker, whoever you pass it on to my P.M . AND THE REST IS HISTORY.
what a shame
So what is the responsibility of the citizens? How did it becoma a one man tin to clean Roseau, don’t you think it would be good if all you the patriots do your bit in keeping the city clean??
SMDFH
Who are littering the city?????? Was it Cecil??? You need to ask persons to dispose of their garbage properly. Even with the new DSWMC adopt a bin approach by the business places, they are littering helter, skelter, pelter. The people are just too untidy, Nasty etc. Rough but it is the truth. You clean for Community day of Service – looks good but the next day persons comes back to litter again. Even in front of your tidy door, they throwing their ice pop, soft drink bottles and you name it even you daily sweep and clean and likes tidiness. It is as though they are enemies and hate tidiness. Need to give some a ticket for EC$500.00 yes five hundred. Then our residents will get serious.
hope is not the same as canefield
Amen, that was not democracy but a mockery.
