The Dominica State College (DSC) has captured the trophy in the Dominica Football Association (DFA) Sports Division Secondary School Girls League.
The team came from behind to defeat the Dominica Grammar school 2-1 on Thursday at the Lindo Park in Goodwill.
Ariel Rogers opened the scoring for the Grammar School, giving them a 1-nil advantage at the interval.
Kimberly Elie got the equalizer for DSC, with Romelcia Phillip scoring the winning goal in the closing minutes of play.

I still do not understand why after all this time this institution which is grouped with secondary schools. The best of the secondary schools most likely make up this team so is it surprising when they win? Ridiculous in my opinion.
