
New India Goodwill Runners have retained their DFA Domlec Women League Championship.
They defeated Dive Dominica Harlem untd 4-1 in grand style last night at the Windsor Park Stadium.
Romelcia Phillip scored from the penalty spot in the first half, giving the reigning champs a 1-nil advantage at the interval.
In the second half of play, Hanna Samuel scored one and Briana Lewis two, as Goodwill Runners capture yet another title.
Alijah Titre scored for Harlem.
Meantime, Bombers Starlights registered their first victory for the season.
They defeated Woodcity Starlights 7-1 at the Benjamin park. Akima St Jean netted twice for Starlights, with one each coming from Christelle Panthier, Starr Humphreys, Myah Raymond and Carlyn Paul. Starlights also benefited from an own goal.
Vicky Joseph got the lone goal for Woodcity.
