Results of National Rounders League matches played Sunday, Sept. 12

SOUTH CENTRAL ZONE
At Pottersville, Police Sports Club won Reformers by 90 runs.   Police scored 316.

Clara Walsh 83, Kimmy George 63, Nicky Luke 44.  Reformers 226 all out.  A. Lander 43, Pearl Etienne 35, Alipher Reid and Mathurine  Frank 23
Matadors won Courts by 4 wickets.  Courts 269 for 5.  V. Henderson 55, M. Dejean 51, S. Barrie 49.  Matadors 272 for 6.  Nisha Paul 46, Cheryl Adams 40, Emelda Pacquette 30.

PMH vs. ACS South Defenders which was rescheduled for Saturday had to be abandoned because of inclement weather.  But on Sunday PMH went down to Tremors by 275.  Tremors scored 387.  Melissa Tavernier 162, Lyn Bellot 59, Patricia Lewis 27.  PMH 112 Georgia Joseph 22,  Carlene Luke 16.

ACS Sout Defenders won Scrunters Defenders.

NORTH WEST ZONE
Because of unsuitable playing conditions, the final preliminary match between St. Joe Stickers and Colgate Pioneers has been rescheduled to Sunday 19 at the DCP Sports Centre.

EAST ZONE
Good Hope Stars won Flamboyant Pacers by 9 wickets.  Flamboyant Stars scored 118 all out.  J. Mingo 30, A      Cornelius 25, Camisha Burkette 20. Good Hope Stars 127 for 1.  Nerrisa Toussaint 36, Tamisha Toussaint 30 and Tricia Wallace 22.

Kalinago Strikers won survivors by 147 runs.  Kalinago Strikers scored 264 for 4.  Shanice Frances 65, Andeline Wiltshire 57 and Nellie Frederick 42.  Survivors 117 all out. Iona Sanford 38, Shermaine Frederick 24 and June Valmond 23.

CT United won Sunshine Rockets by 184 runs.  CT United 459 for 9.  Victoria Burton 125, Sylvanie Burton 83.  Sunshine Rockets 275 all out.  Augustina 65 Tamisha 63.

SOUTH EAST ZONE
Marinor LA Stars maintained a perfect record in that zone with a convincing 364 run victory over LIME United Strikers.  Marinor LA Stars scored 694 for 2 in 35 overs as a result of penalty for lateness.  Sylma Eusebe 272 not out; Suzette Laudat 225 not out and Cathy Dumas 87 not out.  LIME United Strikers 328 for 5 in 40 overs.  Shirley George 62; Josette Eugene 63;  Nikisha Sorhaindo 53.

    Congratulations once again to the Police Officers. You were beaten badly in your first game however you learnt from your first game and are on a hight. Keep your heads up, don’t bother with the haterz.

    Good luck in your game on Sunday against Courts. I will be there. Blondel and Esprit this game you are to score 100 runs each.

    the rule states that if a team is late, the 2 umpires come together n give a reduction in overs. in marinor’s case 5 overs were deducted. but even with that 5 overs less, thats d highest score we gave this season. GO MARINORS!!!! next zone look out, we taking it ALL DA WAYYYYYY…..whooooooosshhhhh!!!! we fall to no one. we’re da best. u just gotta love (or hate) us. either way, WE STILL DA CHAMPS!!!!
