Barrie was a good man and a friend.UWP turned their back on him when he needed them most.When he could no longer win the Kalinago seat they abandoned him.The same thing they are doing to Brian Alleyne.They are no longer talking about Chief Justice Sir Brian G K Alleyne.UWP have no use for him.
It is not often in Dominica we see politicians put aside party politics but this is a fair showing of the power of being united in one purpose as Dominicans.
All can contribute (and should be granted opportunity) regardless of sides or party tickets and they deserve due recognition and fitting accolades.

For this statement Charles Savarin really deserves a good fearwell when he lives office on October one. He was the man behind what Anthony Astaphan referred to as a constitutional cool wosh bregade and therefore we should send him home with a really nice gift,
