The Funeral Service for the late Elias Orville Dupuis II, content creator, photographer and entrepreneur, will be held on Sunday, April 14th, 2024 at the Bense Seventh-Day Adventist Church from 1:00 p.m. Viewing takes place from 12:00 p.m. and interment is at the Bense Seventh-Day Adventist Cemetery.
Elias Orville Dupuis II of Bense, who resided at Giraudel, was the Investment Promotion Officer at Invest Dominica Authority, responsible for the marketing and promotion of investment opportunities in the tourism and business sectors in Dominica.
He previously worked as a Content Creator for DIGICEL and was Information Officer at the Electoral Office of Dominica. Upon his return from university in Jamaica, Dupuis launched 365MMP with his cousin Tridel Edwin, a full-service marketing, media and production company, which helped popularize the use of photography services in Dominica.
Elias Orville Dupuis II was the son of the late Senator, Elias Dupuis and Dr. Corinthia Fabien-Dupuis, a Pathologist, based in Barbados. He is survived by his wife, Shaminey Walsh-Dupuis, stepson Jhai and brother Avery.
Dupuis is remembered as a creative, innovative professional who approached life and work with passion and dedication and endeared himself to colleagues with his willingness to collaborate, share insights and provide mentorship.
