Three Carnival Queen contestants to hold community events this weekend

On the heels of community engagement events last weekend by three of the 2024 Carnival Queen contestants, namely Kiane Bastien, Kyanna Dyer and Nickese Morancie, three of the remaining contestants are set to follow suit.

Jorjanna Albert, Deniscia Laurent, and Royanna Martin will be featured in their respective corners of the island this weekend, with celebrations sure to fire up their friends and supporters.

Here are further details of this weekend’s upcoming activities:

January 26, 2024, Community Meet & Greet for Contestant # 5 Deniscia Laurent of Petite Soufriere at 6 pm. Drive through from Castle Bruce junction to Petite Soufriere. Drive through from Castle Bruce junction to San Sauveur.

January 27, 2024, Drive through, village presentation, and outreach for Contestant # 1 at Laudat. Drive through from Fond Canie to Laudat from 2:30 pm.

January 28, 2024, Community Meet & Greet Whistle Stop for Contestant # 3 Royhanna Martin of Soufriere at 3 pm. Drive through in the village of Soufriere (from the Primary School) to end at Nature Island Dive Shop.
