Tropical Wave forms east of Windward Islands

Caribbean 360 is reporting that a Tropical Wave has formed 750 miles east of the Windward Islands.

There is a 10 percent chance of it becoming a hurricane.

The system is moving WNW at 15-20 MPH, according to Caribbean 360.

    Every day I check the weather ststem, I knew this was forming. lets just keep an eye on it and pray that it passes by or just dissipates.
