Ambassador Roger Nyhus arrived in Barbados on Thursday, January 11, 2024, following his appointment by President Joe Biden in September 2022 and unanimous confirmation by the U.S. Senate in November 2023 to serve as the Ambassador to Barbados, the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Antigua and Barbuda, the Commonwealth of Dominica, Grenada, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
Ambassador Nyhus said, “I am humbled and incredibly honored to serve President Biden, our country and the American people as U.S. Ambassador to Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean. I look forward to bringing my Washington State and Chinook Indian Nation values to this new role and partnering closely with the seven dynamic independent nations of the Eastern Caribbean on addressing climate change, enhancing regional security, and promoting economic prosperity.”
Prior to assuming his position in Barbados, Ambassador Nyhus built his career promoting American companies in sectors relevant to the Eastern Caribbean, including sustainability and energy, aviation, travel and tourism, telecommunications, global health and health care, financial services, global philanthropy, seafood and the arts.
Previously, he served as founder and CEO of Nyhus Communications, a Seattle-based strategic communications, advocacy and marketing consultancy. In this role, Ambassador Nyhus served as an adviser to business and government leaders around the world, including CEOs of Fortune 500 companies. Ambassador Nyhus grew up in Westport, Washington, a small fishing village on the Pacific Ocean. He is an enrolled member of the Chinook Indian Nation, and his personal passions include championing wildlife conservation and the arts.
The United States is not concerned about others. It foreign policy as taught in schools is 2. it’s national security itself- its shores, 2. what the countries have in terms of resources and lastly 3. people this is done through the organizations that further its foreign policy and see 1 and 2 above.

The ambassador whose state has issues beyond gross human rights violations and engaging in high crimes and fraud. High level of white supremacists. There is a 14 000 000 tort. claim against this state for human rights violations.
In this state where this ambassador came from I can attest to the fact that Tibetans are exhibiting what one can call terroristic traits against real people – I can attest to this and some day I will get to say this on person – hate black people and personally did not like. the fact that the Karmapa Llama has a Dominica passport – they told me in person and I know what they are doing.

These ambassadors come and go and as far as I am concerned, they have for the main, been useless. The Americans have done almost nada for these oecs countries except for matters which concern “IS interest”. They patrol the seas but for what? Drugs, “illegal aliens”, illegal guns. Not to prevent them from entering the OECS but to prevent them from entering the US (except the guns). Other than that, infrastructure and other developments that people can feel and see, hardly anything.Taiwan, China, Venezuela, and others do more than the US has ever done.
